Seats at the Table
The Founding Circle — In Formation
This platform is being built in public. Not by investors. Not by committees. But by people who feel called to protect dignity in a digital world.
BENED exists to build learning-centered, dignity-preserving digital spaces for people and communities that current systems exploit or ignore. This work is long-term. It is not yet an institution. It is a commitment.
This work recognizes the Christian moral framework, common law tradition, and civic responsibility that shaped early American self-rule — from the Mayflower Compact to the Constitution and the Federalist Papers. These are not decorations. They are foundations.
The First Seat
Someone has to go first
Jeremy Waltrip
Initiator / Steward
"This platform exists because people keep getting left out of systems that claim to serve them. I'm not building a startup. I'm building a place where dignity survives technology. I don't have all the answers, and I can't build this alone."
The Open Seats
These stewardships are not yet offices. They are responsibilities this work acknowledges in advance, so that growth never outruns conscience.
Steward of the Platform
Someone who believes technology should protect people, not extract from them. Someone who loses sleep over data misuse. Someone who wants to build things they'd trust their own child with.

Steward of Community
Someone who listens more than they speak. Someone who can sit with disagreement without needing to win. Someone who understands that trust is built slowly — and broken instantly.
Why does this seat matter?
Steward of Law & Ethics
Someone who holds the line between innovation and exploitation. Someone grounded in natural law, common law, and constitutional principles. Someone who can say no when growth demands compromise.
Why does this seat matter?
Steward of Memory & Truth
Someone who preserves records when institutions try to erase them. Someone who understands that transparency is not optional — it's foundational. Someone who guards against revisionism.

Where We Actually Stand
What Exists
- ✓ Core platform infrastructure
- ✓ First sovereign app (Teach Me Daddy)
- ✓ Research portal (Epstein Files)
- ✓ Authentication system
- ✓ One person building full-time
What Does Not Exist Yet
- ○ Nonprofit structure
- ○ Formal governance
- ○ Paid mission roles
- ○ Outside funding
- ○ Corporate backing
This transparency is intentional. We'd rather be honest about incompleteness than fake momentum we don't have.
